Sunil Jain is a senior Chartered Accountant and founder of Real Estate Consulting Firm “Erudite Consultants”. Erudite is a boutique consulting firm provides consultancy on the legal, regulatory, financial and also provide strategic business advices on different facets of real estate transactions. He is associated with various professional fora like ICAI, CREDAI, TODAR as a speaker and knowledge partner. He was instrumental in creation of TODAR which is a prominent association of township developers. He has also been involved in advising JDA and other government functionaries on evolving public private partnership models for city development and housing. He was a Chairman of the Jaipur Chapter of ICAI besides holding various other positions in ICAI. He has also contributed in many papers on different facets of real estate in national/state level seminars and conferences. Moreover, he has also contributed towards articles in newspapers and prestigious magazines. He is also associated with ROTARY Club and Mahaveer Shiksha Samiti.

He also actively pursue writ matters ranging from Bank Freezing to Service Matters before different High Courts across India.

Previously, he advised MNCs in IPR and arbitration disputes and represented pharmaceutical companies in price control matters before courts in Delhi and Gurugram. He began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk-cum-Legal Researcher at the Rajasthan High Court, assisting Hon’ble Justices Ashok Kumar Gaur, A.G. Masih, and M.M. Shrivastava.

CA Harshul Mangal is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience across industry, consulting, and practice. He has led the Capex Finance of over ₹12,000 crores at Vedanta, handling strategic financial planning for large-scale industrial projects. He began his career at Ernst & Young in the field of taxation, gaining deep exposure to corporate tax and regulatory matters. Since entering full-time practice in 2021, Harshul has advised and audited leading real estate groups, handled statutory audits of foreign banks, and led business transfer taxation assignments. He has also conducted financial due diligence for securitisation transactions involving ARCs, NBFCs, and banks of around ₹25,000 crores in value. His expertise further extends to capital markets and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), offering clients an integrated view of finance, compliance, and structuring.
